These terms apply to your use of Dart-Arena, a free online multiplayer darts game. By installing the desktop app and/or creating an account, you agree to the terms below.

1. The game

Dart-Arena is, and will remain, free to play. No purchase is required to play matches, join the lobby, or use the rating and achievement systems.

2. Account & age

• You need an account to play matches. One account per person.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens through your account.
• If you're under 16, please get a parent or guardian's permission before creating an account.

3. Fair play

Dart-Arena is only fun if everyone plays by the same rules. Not allowed:

• Cheating, or abusing bugs/exploits to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using scripts, macros, or automation to throw on your behalf;
• Using multiple accounts to manipulate rating or the leaderboard;
• Harassment, abusive or discriminatory language toward other players, in lobby chat or private messages.

Violations may result in a warning, or a temporary or permanent account suspension at our discretion — including resetting rating/statistics where applicable.

4. Coins & store items

In-game coins and cosmetic items (dart skins, board themes, titles, auras, etc.) are earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to change the store, its prices, or the items available at any time.

5. Kickstarter & donations

Dart-Arena's continued development is partly supported by voluntary contributions via Kickstarter. A donation is not a purchase of a product or service — the game stays free to play for everyone, whether you donate or not. Any rewards tied to a specific Kickstarter campaign are described there and are subject to Kickstarter's own terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Significant changes will be announced via in-app news posts. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
