Work in progress

Dart-Arena is an actively developed project (currently early access), built and maintained on a volunteer basis. Features, the store catalog, rating calculations, and other parts of the game may change, be added, or be removed at any time, without prior notice.

"As is"

The game is provided "as is", without any warranty — express or implied — of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep the servers online and stable, but cannot guarantee it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of account data, game progress, rating, coins, or store items;
• Damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or unavailability of the game;
• The conduct, statements, or actions of other players, whether inside or outside the game.

Donations via Kickstarter

Donations received via Kickstarter are voluntary and are used to support Dart-Arena's continued development. No guarantee is given regarding specific features, timelines, or outcomes resulting from these donations. Payment processing, refunds, and campaign terms are governed by Kickstarter's own terms — these are outside our control.
